JUNIOR SCIENCE SOCIETY

The Junior Science Society was established by the teachers in charge of science subject aiming the grade 6 – grade 11 students. To make science an attractive subject among students and improve the scientific knowledge of Mayans, the Junior Science Society has been providing service since 2006.

Achievements

•Winning the 2017 Bronze Medal at the National Junior Olympiad Competition.

 •National Olympiad Tournament Outstanding Achievement and National Level Participation.

•Outstanding achievements in zonal science day competitions.

•Participation in science quiz competitions.

•Participation in science-related drama, speech & debate competitions.

•Conducting ‘Electronics’ seminar series for the GCE O/L students.

•Organizing an intraschool science related presentation competition to develop scientific knowledge of college students.
